A Clicx tag is a link to an asset’s (piece of equipment) digital information. Clicx tags utilize QR code (Quick Response) and NFC (Near Field Communication) technologies.

You can read Clicx tags with any smart device, such as your smartphone.

The tags that dont need any maintenance are called passive tags, they do not have an internal power source, such as a battery.

Instead, they rely on the energy emitted by an external reader or interrogator to power the tag and enable communication.
