You can add attachments to asset information on the Asset menu.

  1. Tap on Attachments. The number on the upper right corner of the button tells how many attachments have been added to the asset.

  2. If you want to take a picture with your mobile phone and add that as an attachment, tap on Take a picture.

  3. If you want to select a file (photo, pdf, recording, video) from your device, tap on Select a file.

 
Or you can use the pc version, by
1. opening the asset 
2. scroll down untill you see "attachments"
3. upload the desired file
4. Don't forget to save.
